Refund policy

Private Community

You can cancel your Private Community plan at any time through your account. Cancelling your plan will stop future billing, but you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

All payments for the Private Community are final once paid. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of a billing period, whether you actively use the community or not.

If you switch between Monthly, Quarterly, and Half-Yearly plans, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle and will not apply immediately.

This matches the policy stated on the Community pricing FAQ. This page exists to state it in full, not to introduce a different policy.

1-1 Mentorship

The 1-1 Mentorship is a one-time payment covering the full two-month mentorship program. It is not a subscription service.

All mentorship payments are final and non-refundable once payment has been made. This includes situations where you:

• Choose not to complete the program
• Decide to discontinue the mentorship after starting
• Feel that the mentorship is not the right fit after joining

Access to the mentorship is application-based. Payment will only be requested after both parties have discussed the program and agreed to proceed.

Any discount offered during the mentorship call will be valid for 24 hours only. After this period, the standard full price will apply.

Payment processing

Private Community and mentorship payments may be processed through:

• Whop
• USDT
• Local payment methods for students in Pakistan

FM Trades does not store your card or bank details and does not directly hold or manage your funds. All payments are handled through the relevant payment processor or agreed payment method.

For payments made through USDT or other methods involving transaction or platform fees, the full agreed amount must be received by FM Trades after all applicable fees have been deducted. If the received amount is less than the agreed payment amount due to transaction, platform, or network fees, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.

Payments that have already been sent will not be refunded due to incorrect fee calculations or incomplete payment amounts.
