Once we’ve checked that your payment arrived in full, we confirm by email and give you access within 24 hours, weekends included. You’ll get an email straight away confirming we received your submission.
Contact support immediately with your transaction ID. Recovery is not guaranteed. If the received amount is less than the agreed payment amount due to transaction, platform, or network fees, you will be required to pay the remaining balance. Payments that have already been sent will not be refunded due to incorrect fee calculations or incomplete payment amounts.
No. All payments for the Private Community are final once paid, and all mentorship payments are final and non-refundable once payment has been made. Full details in our Refund Policy.
